When does the program start?
The program will be offered for:
- Fall 2026 term from August 20 to December 4.
How much does the program cost?
For Fall 2026: There is no additional cost to participate in The ASU Global Career Accelerator above regular tuition and fees. Click here to see more info on cost. Tuition Fees and Policies here.
Summer 2026: Program fee of $3,480, which includes 6 credits of tuition. This is often less than standard summer tuition and ensures corporate scholars have no additional out-of-pocket cost. Details for Summer costs here
All of which will be billed to your student account.
Specificities as they apply to the Global Career Accelerator:
- Eligible corporate partner students utilizing corporate scholarships, tuition assistance or other awards will be able to utilize their funds to participate. Additional Details Here
- We welcome Qualified Tuition Reduction (QTR) students to take the program, however, you will be unable to use QTR benefits for this program.
- Veterans are welcome to join, however, VA Benefits cannot be used at this time.
Note: Degree-seeking students may be eligible to receive financial aid for this program.
Can I take the program for credit?
Current undergraduate students are eligible to receive 6 credits upon completion of each Track. These will count as elective credits.
The Global Career Accelerator is not an internship and is not eligible for internship credit at ASU.

Data Analytics Track
This track may overlap with coursework you’ve already taken. If you have completed any of the following courses, you are not eligible to enroll in this track and must choose a different track:
- CIS 308: Advanced Excel
- CIS 310: Business Data Visualization
- CIS 315: Intro to BDA
Digital Marketing Track
This track may overlap with coursework you’ve already taken. If you have completed the following course, you are not eligible to enroll in this track and must choose a different track:
- CIS 312: Business Mobile Commerce and Monetization

Can I take the Global Career Acccelerator without increasing my cost to ASU?
Yes — the Global Career Accelerator is a cost-neutral program for many students.
For full-time, campus-based students, it comes at no additional cost above your regular cost of tuition. For ASU Online students, it’s billed the same way as your other courses, on a per-credit basis. Full cost information is available here.
How does the billing work?
- Program Fee Applied: When you enroll, you’ll see a program fee on your bill equal to 6 credits of tuition.
- Matching Credit Applied: ASU applies a billing credit to your account for the exact same amount so your overall bill doesn’t increase.
- Bottom line: The Global Career Accelerator is a high-value opportunity. You get additional courses and career-connected experiences without paying more than your regular tuition
I'm an honors student, do these credits count towards Barrett honors credit?
Yes! All of the course code options for the program apply as honors credits. You don’t need to do anything other than apply for this to happen!
What are LiveLabs and Video Lessons?
The program is broken up into LiveLabs and Video Lessons:
LiveLabs are virtual sessions held once a week and conducted over Zoom with your classmates. Attendance of LiveLab each week is required. You can choose your LiveLab times according to your Track of choice. Seats tend to fill up fast. Make sure you reserve your seat quickly to secure your schedule.
Video Lessons are high-quality, pre-recorded videos that can be viewed any time — day or night — but you will need to stay on track with your peers.
When are LiveLabs?
You'll pick one LiveLab option for the semester (applies to all tracks).
Fall 2026 LiveLab Options:
- Mondays from 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM (America/Phoenix)
- Mondays from 06:00 PM to 07:30 PM (America/Phoenix)
- Tuesdays from 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM (America/Phoenix)
How will I meet my team?

have dedicated drop-in hours scheduled each week, making it super easy to ask questions to get extra support.

Do I need to be on campus to take the program?
Nope! The program is fully virtual. You can participate from anywhere.
